Install TBB Saathi — Staff
This is the staff app for your CA office. Use it to review client submissions, run the status board, and triage the intake queue. Follow these steps on your Android phone — it takes about two minutes.

- Tap “Download TBB Saathi Staff” above. The file (TBBSaathi_Staff_TZ.apk) saves to your phone — you’ll see it in the notification bar or your Downloads folder.
- Open the downloaded file. Tap the download notification, or open the Files / Downloads app and tap TBBSaathi_Staff_TZ.apk.
- Allow the install. Android will warn that it blocks apps from unknown sources. Tap Settings, turn on “Allow from this source”, then press Back.
- Tap “Install”, then “Open” once it finishes.
- Pair this phone. In the app, scan the staff pairing QR shown on the CA’s TBB desktop (Enable Staff Pairing). Done — you can now review clients and submissions.
Is this safe? Yes. The “unknown sources” warning is
normal for apps installed directly instead of from the Play Store.
This app comes straight from your CA’s licence server. You can turn
that permission back off after installing.
